Refund Policy

At Tattvix Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and web solutions tailored to each client's business goals. Since our services involve strategic planning, research, consultation, and digital work that begins immediately after project confirmation, we maintain the following Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Tattvix Digital are subject to this Refund Policy. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Google Ads (PPC) Management
  • Social Media Marketing & Management
  • Website Design & Development
  • E-commerce Development
  • Branding & Graphic Design
  • Content Writing & Copywriting
  • Email Marketing
  • Local SEO
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Monthly Marketing Retainers
  • Consultation & Strategy Sessions
  • Custom Software or Web Application Development

Digital services require dedicated time, expertise, and resource allocation; therefore, refunds cannot be issued for completed or partially completed work.

3. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project:

  • Before work has started: You may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative, payment processing, and consultation fees.
  • After work has started: Refunds will not be issued for work already completed. Any remaining unused portion of prepaid services may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Monthly Service Plans

For recurring monthly services:

  • Clients may cancel future services by providing at least 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has commenced.
  • Services already delivered during the billing period remain payable.

5. Advertising Budgets

Payments made toward third-party advertising platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Microsoft Ads
  • YouTube Ads

are non-refundable, as these funds are paid directly to advertising platforms and are outside our control.

6. Client Delays

Projects delayed due to missing content, approvals, access credentials, or other client-side requirements do not qualify for refunds.

If a project remains inactive for more than 60 days due to client inactivity, Tattvix Digital reserves the right to close the project. Any future work may require a new quotation.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or an incorrect payment, please notify us within 7 business days.

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

8. Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors including market competition, website quality, search engine algorithm updates, customer behavior, advertising budgets, and industry trends.

While we follow industry best practices and strive to achieve measurable improvements, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue, and such outcomes are not grounds for a refund.

9. Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting Tattvix Digital to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend all active services.
  • Terminate the project.
  • Recover any outstanding fees through legal means where applicable.

10. Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Billing errors caused by Tattvix Digital.
  • Services that have not yet started and where no resources have been allocated.

Approval of any exception remains solely at the discretion of Tattvix Digital.
